Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model. She started participating in fitness competitions when she was 16 after she quit gymnastics in her youth. In 2017, she was just 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. In just one year she was granted her professional card at 17 years old. She became one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel left the stage for six years to complete college. She came back in 2015 and carried on from where she previously left off participating in some of the most prestigious contests such as that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She participated for a couple of years after her first appearance, setting herself higher goals each year. At the close of 2009, she was awarded four additional health titles. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) by winning at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel completed her first six years in contest to earn her degree from the college she attended. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut took place at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The team finished third in the event. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage a month later, and returned with a sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely zero expectations prior to the event, was delighted with the result. In light of the fact that she had to compete against some of the top competitors. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel's top body part to train includes her lower back. The exercises she uses to work her back are bent-over rows on the machine using single-arm lat pull-downs. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the working sets. Ariel gets the most out of her time. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings for all her exercises in the back. It involves three or 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
