Sharp was born in Rochester (New York) and immersed herself in the world of music. At the Hochstein School of Music, she was a student of clarinet, cello and piano. Following a successful application to The Boston Conservatory because of her passion for school theater Sharp applied to The Boston Conservatory. Following her graduation from Cum Laude with a B.F.A. Sharp chose to make a move into theater after completing her Cum Laude degree with the B.F.A. Sharp was a part of the Broadway National Tour of Carousel The show debuted Off Broadway as Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind and was in eight roles on the comedy that is interactive Eat the Runt. Other theatre shows include Abyssinia, Aida, Thunder Knockin', Jitney, The Producers, Big Street, Suburb and Joe Turner's Come and Gone, in which Sharp was a co-reader with playwright August Wilson himself. In addition to her work both on stage and the screen, Sharp has several other creative projects that she has written or co-written. A complete recording is currently being planned. She continues to sing. Sharp is a fitness enthusiast who loves to box as well as study Krav Maga. When not being in front or behind of the camera or making music in studio Sharp enjoys long, journeys, playing piano, or hiking. Sharp resides with her family in Los Angeles with family.
