Sharp was raised within Rochester (New York) and immersed herself in music. While at the Hochstein School of Music, she was a student of clarinet, cello and piano. When she was awarded a scholarship to The Boston Conservatory because of her enthusiasm for school theatre Sharp applied to The Boston Conservatory. Cum Laude's B.F.A. was awarded to Sharp following her graduation. Sharp's primary focus was on the stage. She appeared in The Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp has also performed in Abyssinia and Aida in addition to Thunder Knockin, Jitney as well as The Producers. She was even a reading partner for August Wilson's Come and Gone. Sharp's talents are not restricted to stage or screen. Sharp has written and written a number of projects. Sharp performs and is in the process of putting together the full-length album. Sharp is an exercise enthusiast who loves to box as well as study Krav Maga. When not working behind or in front of the camera or making music in a studio her hobbies include long journeys, playing piano and hiking. Sharp has a home in Los Angeles.
